of experience in sales, public relations and marketing.
Her background ranges from selling fine art nationwide
to various nutritional products. She also has experience
in graphic arts design and believes in the importance
of being an active community servant. Deborah is a
managing member of Modok Visionaries, LLC, a management
company which includes various real estate and private
investments holdings. |

Otho Behr III- CFO
Otho Behr III has a BS Degree in Business Management.
He served in the US Army for three years with an honorable
discharge. Otho has worked at Behr Process Corporation
for twenty plus years. Management emphasis was on
tech services, product development and intranet program
design and implementation. Mr. Behr is also a managing
Member of Modok Visionaries, LLC, a management company
which includes various real estate and private investments
holdings. |

Stephen P. McCabe- COO
Beverage industry veteran with a BSBA and over 20
years experience in Sr. Operations Management. His
business experience includes a variety of exposures
on small, medium and large scale organizations and
an in-depth knowledge of the Manufacturing and Retail
industries. Since 1981 he has had numerous roles of
increasing scope and responsibility successfully managing
Production, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, R&D,
and Procurement for the beverage industry. He is an
avid sports fan, loves soccer having been a player
and coach. |

Kristin Hirtz- Director of Strategic
Planning
Kristin Hirtz and his 16 years of experience in
the customer service industry, brings a passion
for the community to Ex Drinks, LLC. At the University
of California at Santa Cruz his focus was Environmental/
Earth Sciences and he is committed to guiding Ex
Drinks, LLC toward a “Green” future. As Director
of Strategic Planning his use of a Geographic Information
System assists in the development and analysis of
existing and new markets.

Stephen M. Machin- Director of Sales and
Marketing
Marketing and sales back ground of 27 years in the
Extreme Sports industry including-National account
Manager for BodyGlove, DaHui, Ocean/Earth, Osiris
and SeaDoo. Extreme sports enthusiast! Pro surfer,
Pioneer of Tow Surfing, Hawaiian Water Patrol Operator/First
Ever High Surf Rescue Team in the World. North Shore
LifeGuard, Senior Life Guard PIPELINE Oahu, has worked
for Hollywood as a stunt man and making commercials.
Ex-Moto Cross racer. Hobbies include SnowBoarding,
Skiing, Wake Boarding, Free Diving, Scuba Diving,
Sky Diving, KiteBoarding, WindSurfing and Stunt Car
Driving. Extreme Father of 3 (KIANA,MAKAI,KANOA) All
of them are following the extreme sports life style!

Corey Namba - Director Sales and Marketing
Mr. Namba has 9 years experience promoting, marketing
and selling beverages to distributors and retailers.
He resides in Haleiwa, HI, and is a member of the
Surfriders Assn. Mr. Namba is responsible for publicity,
events and promotion in Hawaii and California. |

Norm Hunte - Sr. Account Manager
is a New York native and Duke University economic
graduate. Previously, he was a Regional Sales Planner/Account
Manager with the Pillsbury Co, a licensed broker with
Dean Witter and a member of CDC (Certified Development
Corporation) in Charlotte, NC. He is responsible for
developing distributor sales in California and elsewhere
in the U.S.
